Thriller and suspense is what I love. Finding clues and reaching the ultimate destination excites me and gives me pleasure. To satiate my thirst for detective games, I bought the new product developed by Team Bondi, named L.A Noire which is released for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and will be soon released for Microsoft Windows as well.
The background of the L.A Noire game is the post-war world of Los Angeles in 1947. It is a single player game who has to play the role of a detective from Los Angeles Police Department. Being a detective, he has to interrogate suspects, analyze the crime scenes and solve some disturbing and unusual situations, which in simple language are called crimes. Investigating, interrogating, examining and exploring are such activities which have to be carried on throughout the length of the game, L.A Noire.

One can easily relate with the title of the L.A Noire game and understand that the game is inspired from the genre of the films called noire both in its plot and aesthetic elements. These movies were based on crime, sex and other immoralities. These movies were shot in black and white with harsh, low key lighting. But in the game you will find dark and sober colors suiting the mood and style of the game. L.A Noire also provides you with an option of playing the game in black and white so that you may even experience the originality of the theme. The jazz soundtrack is matches perfectly with the temper of the game. And the the soundtrack of L.A. Noire also happens to be the most popular game soundtracks that you would enjoy with a well designed Headphone.
Some of the amazing features of L.A Noire are solving the cases based on the crime desks of homicide, traffic; vice etc. crime scenes are full of clues now it is based on the player to use his wits, skills and spontaneity to crack the clues and find out the real culprits. One even has to notice and question the behavior of the suspects and try to detach truth from the lies. As you keep on solving cases, you will get to climb the ladder and reach the post of LAPD detective from a regular cop.
With the classic storyline and the sound track composed by Andrew Hale and Simon Hale and the brilliant real like settings, L.A Noire is enough to give you Goosebumps.
